Jett Thomas

Mark and Jason's birthmother contacted LifeLong Adoptions for the first time in the beginning of October of 2017. Finding Mark and Jason on the website, she felt an immediate connection with them and knew there was something special about them. She and the birthfather were very unsure of which direction they wanted to go, so LifeLong decided to communicate with them and work with them on this decision until they felt comfortable moving forward. It wasn't until a month later that they decided to move forward with their adoption plan. On November 6th, Mark and Jason got the call that would change everything! Ten days after getting the call, their son, Jett Thomas, was born on November 16, 2017! In the few short weeks that they communicated, both parties were able to meet for dinner and get to know one another. They realized they had a lot more in common than they anticipated! Talk about fate! We could not be more excited for the bond that Mark and Jason created with their birth parents and the amazing life that Jett is going to have, having his birth parents and adoptive parents in his life. Audrey Lillis

From the initial conversation, Shawna and Josh had with their awesome birth parents, they had an instant and beautiful bond! In an incredible five months, Shawn and Josh were heading across the country to meet their baby daughter, Audrey Lillis, from Pennsylvania. Audrey was born on November 15, 2017. In such a short amount of time, they gained beautiful friends and built an incredible relationship with Audrey's birth parents. We cannot express how incredibly grateful and happy we are for everyone involved. Congratulations!

After 22 months of waiting, Andrew and Chris were holding their sweet baby boy for the first time! William Michael was born on November 1, 2017, and Andrew and Chris were immediately in love. They showed nothing but care and understanding to their birthmother, even when things were thrown their way they didn't quite expect. Acceptance and love is what they had in their hearts, and they were more than ready to open their hearts to a beautiful baby boy. We are wishing you all a lifetime of love and happiness!

Saige Rose

Paul and Roy had a challenging adoption journey, but they never gave up on their dreams of becoming daddies. Past their contract date, they continued to press forward, knowing their birthmother was out there somewhere. Then LifeLong gave them the call that changed it all. Their birthmother delivered a sweet baby girl on October 16, 2017. Paul and Roy headed to Arkansas without hesitation and they met their daughter the following day! Their birthmother had placed for adoption with LifeLong once before and made this brave, strong, and courageous choice to do so again. Saige Rose was born on October 16, 2017, and was as beautiful as ever! With every obstacle that Paul and Roy faced, it all led them to their new baby girl. To Saige's birthmother, your determination, and strength is something we all admire here and we cannot thank you enough for completing this family! You will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are so excited to announce that Chris and Zac were blessed with a beautiful baby boy! Little Jett came into their lives after just seven short months of waiting. He was born on October 15, 2017 — what a great way to start the holiday season! Jett was immediately welcomed into the world by his new parents. Chris and Zac developed a beautiful bond with Jett's birth parents, where there was a mutual understanding and respect on all ends throughout the process. The LifeLong family is so truly happy for this new family and we hope they have many amazing memories together! It took Tim and Jason a heartbreaking connection that didn't work out to lead them to their sweet baby boy, Colt Austin! Colt was born on March 7, 2017, and Tim and Jason were there to be with their incredible birthmother, Victoria. They were able to spend time with Victoria before the birth and they hit it off immediately! In 23 months, they were meeting their son for the first time and the look of gratitude and love was written all over their faces. Victoria made Tim and Jason's journey to parenthood come true and we will forever thank her for this selfless gift. We know the relationship between them all will be one that will last a lifetime. Rhys Martin

Precious Rhys Martin was born to Michelle and Sam on September 25, 2017. From their first visit with their birthmother Raychell, there was an instant connection and bond between them all. Though Michelle and Sam guarded their hearts during this journey, they were always by her side, from the initial phone call from us through the entire pregnancy! We are all so thankful for Raychell and birthfather Corey for giving Michelle and Sam this incredible gift. Michelle and Sam successfully adopted in 21 months. Congrats to this sweet couple!

Dylan Jamison

Congratulations to Meagan and Barbara on adopting their beautiful baby boy, Dylan Jamison! Dylan was born on August 30, 2017. Meagan and Barbara had only been talking to their incredibly selfless birthmother for 23 days before they got a last-minute phone call that she had the baby! As they were scrambling to make travel arrangements, they were sweet and caring enough to have a doula present with their birthmother until they arrived. The birthmother, Antionette, was leaning more towards a closed adoption, but Meagan and Barbara were wanting it more open. Knowing that this incredible couple was willing to open their hearts to continue contact with her and keep her in their lives eased Antoinette's mind. They all put their feelings aside and are doing what is best for little Dylan. It's an emotional journey, but having the care, sweetness, and understanding that these wonderful women have really makes for a beautiful outcome. Best wishes to you all!

Jennifer and Kate really lucked out with an incredible connection! In July, fourteen months into their adoption journey, they got a call that a sweet expecting mother named Ashley wanted to start talking with them. They instantly hit it off and just five short days later, Jennifer and Kate made travel arrangements to go meet Ashley in Oklahoma. They showed no hesitation to head out to help make her feel comfortable and confident in her decision with them. They built an incredible bond in such a short amount of time. A month later, their beautiful daughter, Delta Yvonne, was born on August 26, 2017. Ashley showed nothing but love and care towards this process, and was so thankful for all who played a part in it. She will always be Jennifer and Kate's angel for making their dreams of motherhood come true. Having been a part of your story has filled out hearts with joy. Seven months into their adoption journey, Lucas and Jordan were bringing home their baby boy Winston from their home state of Missouri! Winston was born on August 23, 2017, and his daddies' hearts grew the moment they saw him. They were such a remarkable support for their birthmother, Shellby, who wanted to start talking to Lucas and Jordan back in May. They were connected for three months and created a beautiful relationship that will last a lifetime. Congratulations, Lucas and Jordan!

Caleb Logan

After a few failed adoptions during both the connected and talking phases, Steve and Michael got a call from LifeLong notifying them they were chosen by a birthmother who wasn't quite ready to be in direct contact with them yet. With the help of their attorney, we facilitated communication between both parties and helped them navigate the last few weeks of the birthmother's pregnancy. After two years of waiting and nearing the end of their contract, Michael and Steve met their son, Caleb, for the first time. Though it was a very difficult decision for their birthmother, Alicia, she ultimately only wanted what was best for Caleb. Caleb was born on August 18, 2017, and is as handsome as ever! We cannot commend Alicia enough on her brave, courageous, and noble decision of putting herself last and doing everything she could for Caleb. You are an angel, and we cannot thank you enough for making this sweet couple's dream come true. Congratulations Steve and Michael!

Ellie Rose

We are so excited to announce that Meg and Ry were blessed with a beautiful baby girl! Ellie Rose came into their lives after just seven months of waiting. She was born on August 17, 2017, and was immediately welcomed into the world by her new parents. Meg and Ry made a visit out to Missouri before Ellie's birth to meet their amazing birthmom, Jessy, and her family, and they developed a beautiful forever bond. Aliyah Dawn

Patience and understanding are two really great words we would use to describe Noah and Brandon. They adopted in 16 months! They were connected with their birth parents, Priscilla and Ryan, for a few months before their baby girl, Aliyah Dawn, was born on August 12, 2017. There was never a doubt from their astonishingly strong birth parents, and once they found the perfect family for them, it made their decision that much more concrete. Priscilla and Ryan kept the guys up to date with doctor's appointments and the baby's progress, and Noah and Brandon headed to northern California right before the induction. They were patient in navigating this time for both Priscilla and Ryan. They were understanding and not pushy when it came to communication and knew that everything would work out the way it was supposed to. And it did! We cannot be more excited for this deserving and incredible couple. We wish you all nothing but the very best!

The wait is finally over! Yishai and Yochanan's baby boy was born very unexpectedly on August 7, 2017. LifeLong was in touch with their birthmother, Laura, on and off for a few months while she worked through this decision. One day, LifeLong texted Laura to check in and see how her day was. Laura, with some humor, stated she had been having some contraction pains and ended up having her son at home just hours before! He was born two months early and had to spend some time in the NICU. That's when Yishai and Yochanan got the call they had been waiting for! Without hesitation or question, they went to Ohio to start bonding with and being there for their boy, while showing great support to Laura. It was a long road for Yishai and Yochanan, who waited over two years, but their patience and perseverance outweighed the wait, and their amazing birthmother gave them the most selfless gift anyone can get! We are thankful that they held onto fate and hope during this difficult journey. We are incredibly happy to have been a part of their journey and have seen their dreams of parenthood come true. Julian Hugh

Ozzy and Tyler were just settling into their adoption journey after completing their home study and family profile. They were not expecting to get any news for a while. Little did they know, shortly after that, they would have baby Julian Hugh in their arms! In just a quick four months, Tyler and Ozzy were connected with their wonderful birthmother, Paige. They embarked on a road trip across half of the United States to meet her for the first time, and Julian Hugh was born on August 7, 2017. LifeLong was very fortunate to have met Tyler and Ozzy at the LifeLong Adoptions Family Reunion event, and we instantly knew they were going to be great dads. Their birthmother contacted LifeLong back in December of 2016 to get information on adoption, but she didn't contact us again until May of 2017. She took her time with this decision and weighed her options out. We never wanted to pressure her. We just offered her our care and support if she needed it. We couldn't be more thankful for her for taking her time with this decision! Julian is the light of Tyler and Ozzy's lives. Congratulations to this new family!

Mason Jay

Having adopted from LifeLong the first time nearly three years ago, Mark and Thanh knew to plan for a process that could take time. Much to their surprise, 16 months after their profile was completed, they were chosen by a birthmother! The match happened rather quickly, and Mark and Thanh had roughly three weeks to prepare for the arrival of their son. Mason Jay was born on August 4, 2017, and their birthmother made the brave and selfless decision to place Mason with Mark and Thanh. We are grateful for birthmothers that consider adoption and thankful to Mark and Thanh for opening their home and hearts to a beautiful little boy. His big sister is just loving taking on this new role with her new sibling!

We are so excited to announce that Nick and Mike were blessed with a beautiful baby girl! Little Thea Deanna came into their lives after just 14 months of waiting. She was born on July 26, 2017, and was immediately welcomed into the world by her new parents! Before Thea's birth, Nick and Mike made a visit out to Texas to meet their amazing birthmom, Savannah. The LifeLong family is so truly happy for this new family and we hope they have many amazing memories together! Congratulations to Charles and Davian who adopted their handsome son, Braeden Amir in five short months! Braeden was born on July 22, 2017, in Pennsylvania, and Charles and Davian flew across the country to meet their son! They made it a point to put Braeden's birth parents, Cassie and Tre'rese, first and be there for them during this emotional time. They showed such care, and love towards Braeden's birth parents and we couldn't appreciate that more! They built a relationship, Facetime'ed, texted, and met face to face over the course of the four months during their connection. They built a beautiful foundation with one another! Shockingly, Charles and Davian's profile was only shown three times before they were chosen! This goes to show that everything works out the way it's supposed to and fate always has its course! It was a long journey for Olivia and Jessie who went through several failed matches along the way, but they always kept a positive attitude. When their incredible birthmother, Shannon, contacted LifeLong in April of 2017, stating she was expecting a baby in July, there were some questions and uncertainties on all ends. But when Olivia, Jessie, and Shannon started communicating, they hit it off immediately! With similar likes, interests, personalities, and goals, they created a bond that is very special. They continued to talk over the course of the next few months. Olivia and Jessie even invited Shannon out to their home state where she could see where her son would be raised. A few weeks later, Olivia and Jessie headed out to South Carolina to see Shannon's neck of the woods! They built a very trusting relationship, which is key to any adoption. On July 19, 2017, their lives were changed forever! Little Gryffin entered this world and was as beautiful as ever. Gryffin is one lucky little boy to have all of you in his life! We cannot commend Shannon enough for her bravery and willingness to put herself last and do all that she could for her son. Olivia and Jessie adopted in 24 months, and the wait is finally over. John and Harry adopted a wonderful baby girl, Zoey, on July 3, 2017. Zoey entered this world and immediately stole the hearts of her new parents. It was a long road for Kaydian and Nandini, who went through several failed matches during their adoption journey. All along the way, they always held on to that little bit of hope that "everything will work out the way it's supposed to." They were feeling down on their luck when a last-minute situation changed it all. To say that their journey was roses and rainbows would not necessarily be accurate, but once they laid eyes on their daughter, it all changed for the better. Little Bodhi Kate was born on May 12, 2017, and their lives were changed forever! Seeing everything this sweet couple went through and knowing their lifelong dream to be mothers has come true brings so much joy to us. Bodhi is one lucky little girl! Her birth parents were so confident in their decision and remained strong when others were against them. We cannot commend them enough for their bravery and willingness to put themselves last and do all they could for their daughter. Avery Jane

Birthmother Sarah admitted she was considering adoption prior to contacting LifeLong in early December. LifeLong helped her pick from various family profiles and she felt confident in having Heather adopt her baby girl. Over the course of the next six months, they built a beautiful relationship. Heather visited Sarah prior to the birth and headed to Kentucky days prior to wait for the arrival of Avery Jane. Avery was born on June 24, 2017, as healthy as could be! She was able to spend her first hours in the world surrounded by the love of her birthmom and adoptive mom. Heather adopted in 12 months. Kaley May

During Kristin's adoption journey, she had a few ups and downs, but she always had a positive outlook on everything. She waited a grueling two months for things to become final, and she showed nothing but poise, trust in the process, and gratitude to her amazing birthmother, Tierra, who gave her the most selfless gift anyone can get and give. Kristin and Tierra connected instantly, developing an incredible bond. LifeLong is so excited for Kristin, who traveled to Tennessee to meet her new daughter, Kaley May. She was born early on April 11, 2017, but as healthy and beautiful as can be! Tierra is equally as excited for Kristin and the two will have a lifelong friendship. Despite the trials and tribulations Kristin endured along the adoption journey, completing her family through adoption will always be worth it! Urban Dawn

With some trials and tribulations for Mindy and Angie, one thing that showed through during their adoption journey was poise. Along the way, four different birthmothers wanted to have contact with them, but all four times they were let down when things did not work out. Then their beautiful birth parents contacted LifeLong in January of 2017, and said they wanted to start talking with Mindy and Angie. During the course of the next six months, both families built something we don't see in every case we work. They formed a true friendship and extended family with one another while keeping the same goal in mind: build a beautiful life for their baby girl, Urban Dawn. Urban was born on June 11, 2017, and Mindy and Angie were there with their birth parents every step of the way during the delivery and birth. Urban was welcomed not only by her new mommies, but her amazing birth parents, too. The time the families spent together before and after Urban's arrival is something we're sure will be some of their greatest memories. We're appreciative and grateful for Mindy's and Angie's understanding of the adoption process, patience during the waiting period, and keeping a positive outlook during the hardest times. We are overjoyed their birth parents found us and we cannot commend them more for showing such strength, determination, and selflessness in doing what was best for Urban, and putting themselves last to do all they could for her. Twice as nice! Nine months into their second adoption with LifeLong, Kristen and Kendra were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Maya Kay. Wow! That's all we can say about the match that Amber and birthmom Judy went through. In just six short months Amber was welcoming her beautiful baby girl, Charlotte Katherine Rose, into this world on the 1st of June. The instant we connected Judy and Amber, it was apparent they were meant to be with each other. Amber showed nothing but patience, understanding, love, and compassion toward Judy, who was in a very vulnerable and, at times, difficult situation. Judy showed nothing but confidence, gratitude, and appreciation for everything Amber did for her during the three months they were going through this process together. Charlotte is so lucky to have such an open-minded, protective, and loving new mommy and birthmother. Thank you all for being so wonderful and amazing to work with. We cannot congratulate you enough!

In just 13 short months, Travis and Barron were off to Indiana to meet their baby girl, Olivia Louise, for the first time! Olivia was born on May 20, 2017, and her amazing birthmother, Kea, gave Travis and Barron the most gracious gift of all! Only seven months into their adoption journey, Travis and Barron got the call that would change it all! There were a few ups and downs along the way where she was not sure of her decision, but a few months later grew confident that Travis and Barron were the parents for little Olivia.
