dear expectant mother

Dear Expecting and Loving Mother,

We want you to know we are so thankful for this selfless and difficult decision you are considering for your child. We know this decision is not an easy one to make, and we sympathize with the process you have had to go through. We also want you to know we are here to help and support you and your baby the best way we can. For us, you two are the most important parts of this whole journey.

If you choose us, we promise to share our love and care with your baby. Our goal for the child we adopt is to make sure they have a home that will always be open to them and a family that will always support them. We want to make sure the child knows they are loved no matter what happens and that they will always have us as people they can lean on. We are excited to bring a child into our large family and share our traditions, such as family dinners, game nights, and family reunions. We can guarantee your child will not have a shortage of individuals who will love them if you choose us as their adoptive parents.

Thank you for taking the time to read through our letter and profile. We would be grateful if you chose us to be the adoptive parents of your baby.

With love and care,
Bailey and Tyler

We know this decision is not an easy one to make, and we sympathize with the process you have had to go through.

About Us

Hi! We are Tyler and Bailey. We started dating in college and have been married for the last two years. Bailey is an HR generalist for a cruise ship company and a coach for a local soccer club. Tyler currently works as a security guard while he pursues his goal of becoming an electrician. We like to spend our time with each other, whether that is having a movie night at home or going to explore a local museum. Along with spending time with each other, we love having board game night or getting dinner with our friends. Outside of our time together, we each have our own individual hobbies. Tyler enjoys playing video games, and Bailey enjoys reading and playing soccer. We are excited to share our passions and loves with a future child.

Our Home

We live in a multiple-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Washington State. There are multiple families around us, and the kids can be seen riding their bikes, playing ball, and drawing with chalk throughout the summer. We have multiple friends who live close to us whom we visit regularly. There are also multiple schools and parks around our neighborhood. We live in between two large cities where there are plenty of local attractions, such as museums, zoos, and farmer markets.

Our Extended Family

We have quite a large family between the two of us. Bailey has five siblings: two step-siblings and three biological siblings. Tyler has one sibling who is married, and they have two children. Outside of our immediate families, we have around 10 sets of aunts and uncles, along with a long list of cousins who come with them. We love to spend time with all of our families, especially Bailey’s sister and her husband. Whenever we visit Bailey’s family, we always stay with them to spend as much time as we can talking and playing games.

Both sides of our families are into family reunions and family gatherings. We love getting together as a family and reconnecting in person. Tyler’s family loves Thanksgiving, and we try to spend each Thanksgiving with his side of the family. Bailey’s family has a huge family reunion every summer where her dad’s side goes camping for about 10-14 days. Any opportunity our families have to make a small gathering into a full family event they will.

What Led Us To Adoption

We always knew we wanted children and to eventually grow our family. Tyler was adopted at birth, which has given us the opportunity to see the positive impact that it can have on the adoptee, the adoptive parents, and the birthparents. Along with Tyler being adopted, Bailey has genetic back problems that her doctor believes could be aggravated by a pregnancy. We have talked about adopting since we were dating, and we had a powerful pull that adoption was the right way to grow our family.
